Scott Sherman is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C.  While attending Georgetown, he was an associate editor of the journal Law and Policy in International Business and taught legal research and writing to first year students.

Shortly after receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Sherman joined the law offices of Marc D. Sherman, P.C., were he has represented clients in real estate law and related litigation, construction law, employment law, discrimination litigation, bankruptcy, corporate and other general civil litigation cases.  

Mr. Sherman is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association and has been a contributing author for the CHICAGO DAILY LAW BULLETIN. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, as well as other programs on trail practice and procedure.

In 1991, Mr. Sherman graduated  Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School of Business of the  University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and concentrated in the areas of Finance and Accounting.
